Lectins and Polyphenals

Avoid Foods with Lectins: Grains, beans, Most nuts, seeds, most potatoes, Tomatoes, all dairy, Soy, Goji Berries, Corn, Peanuts, Cashews, Capsican, Leguemes, Nightshades, Melons and Squash
Pressure cook: Sweet Potatoes.

Also avoid: Weat Grass, Tannins??

Eat more Poly-phenols: Dark Berries, Blue Berries, Cherry’s

Allowed Foods: Seafood, meats, chicken/turkey (all fowl), eggs and most fruit and vegetables.
